Interactive Arts Workshops
Workshops consist on utilising the Arts for Wellbeing. Merging Art with Spirituality, one can release what no longer serves them and become empowered. This is done through a process in which we do exercises to tune in with ourselves (sharing circle, meditation, movement...) to then be ready to unleash our magic.

The 3 pillars of my workshops are :
Body-positivity, connection to self, knowing ones own’s boundaries
To others, respecting others boundaries, non-verbal ways of communication, sensitivity to nature
Freedom, desinhibtion, release of shame, playing with one’s own inner child, stepping out of one’s comfort zone.
